How long does the shipping take?

Normally it takes around 7 days to ship the baby stroller from our warehouse to any European Union country, including UK and Switzerland.

We offer FREE shipping to all our customers. Upon purchase, each model is being quality checked and send from Tutis Uno factory and headquarters in Lithuania. We use priority courier shipping to protect your post and guarantee fastest delivery.

We will send you a tracking number and you will need to sign your post upon arrival.

Can I exchange my product?

Unfortunately we do not yet support product exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, you must go through the returns process. After that you can order the replacement product by placing a new order on-line.

Can I return an item?

In case you would like to return the product please keep in mind the product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received them and preferably returned in the original packaging and you will need to pay returns shipping fee.

What materials are used in producing Tutis Uno bay stroller?

Tutis Uno baby strollers are made using the reliable, high-quality, ecologic and antibacterial materials, which provide safety and comfort to your baby. These qualities are certified by the ISO 9001 and Oeko-Tex standard 100.

Where Tutis Uno is made?

Tutis Uno strollers are produced in Lithuania, Northern Europe. The process fully covered in our factory, from processing aluminum to assembling all parts into one product and delivering it to you.

How long does it take to produce one stroller?

It takes around 1.5 months to produce Tutis Uno baby stroller to you.

How many years of experience does the factory of Tutis Uno has?

We are manufacturing baby stroller for more than 25 years.

How to take care about fabrics of Tutis Uno?

The baby pram has to be cleaned periodically.
There is no need to remove upholstery of the baby pram.
The internal liners of the baby pram may be hand washed at maximum temperature of 30°C. Use gentle detergents. Rinse thoroughly. Dry naturally.
Washing of external fabrics and mattresses of the baby pram is not recommended.
Clean the baby pram’s parts made from artificial leather with a damp cloth using gentle detergent. Dry at room temperature.
Ironing: always put 100% cotton between the fabric and the iron to protect the fabric’s surface. Only warm iron may be used.

How periodical maintanance should be carried out?

Clean the frame using the soft cloth moistened in lukewarm water. Dry the wet parts with dry cloth and lubricate all its connections. If the baby pram is used in winter, clean it at least once in a weak because insufficient cleaning may result in rust.
It is recommended to lubricate the wheel axes, hubs and bearings every 3 months (clean them before lubrication). The axes may be lubricated with motor oils.
It is necessary to control the wear level of the wheels and to clean them from dust and sand. The recommended pressure in the wheels cannot exceed 1 bar.
Use sponge to clean the textile part and handle. Rub mildly the dirty area you want to clean using warm water and liquid soap. Remove all the remains of soap left on the textile part and handle.

We are sorry, but Tutis Uno baby strollers are not meant for active sport. Tutis Uno baby strollers are reliable at any time during your busy agenda. However before rushing somewhere, take care about safety of your baby and fasten the seatbelts.

What additional weight can be carried with Tutis Uno stroller?

Any heavy item hanging on the pram’s handle impairs its balance, therefore we recommend you to stay careful and responsible in any situation. The biggest load of the shopping bag is up to 2 kg and the biggest load of the purse is 1 kg.

Is warranty provided for Tutis Uno?

The official two years manufacturer’s warranty is provided to all the Tutis Uno baby strollers purchased on www.tutisuno.com webpage. If you need more information, contact us directly.

In which cases, the warranty is not applied for Tutis Uno?

The warranty is not provided in the following cases:

In case of natural wear of the baby pram during usage.
Regarding damage caused by unsuitable usage or maintenance.
Regarding repair works performed by unauthorized persons.
Regarding baby pram’s wheels.
Regarding damage and tears caused by the purchaser.

What you should know about Tutis Uno warranty?

Tutis Uno gives 2-year warranty for purchased stroller form the day of the purchase, if it is used according to its purpose.
All reclamation due to the defects of the product must be claimed in the company, in which you have purchased the product. Reclamation of scratches which appeared after the purchase – not accepted.
The manufacturer or a serving company performs warranty maintenance, about which informs a seller.
Physical defects of the stroller, noticed during the warranty period will be eliminated in 21 day period after the stroller is brought to the manufacturer company (in cooperation with the seller).
The warranty period is being prolonged correspondingly, according to the tie of the maintenance.
A giver of the warranty is instituting the type of maintenance of the stroller.
It is necessary to deliver a clean product, due to which the reclamation is claimed.
If the warranty document has been lost, duplicates are not issued.
The warranty is valid in the territory of the EU.
The warranty, issued for sold and being consumed goods, does not deny or suspend rights of the purchaser, related with product’s nonconformity to the conditions of the contact.
